In this two-day training course, you will acquire the know-how to enable and develop your organisation so that you can remain successful in a disruptive market. You will learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and how to scale collaboration using Agile Release Trains for teams of 5 or more. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation in your organisation. You will gain practical tips on supporting agile teams and programmes, strengthening a lean portfolio, building a continuous software pipeline and DevOps culture. The course is particularly suitable for managers who either want to develop their organisations along SAFe® or want to deepen their understanding of SAFe®. CERTIFICATION

Participants are prepared for the SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) certification exam. The certification fees (licences) per participant can be obtained separately from us.

LOCATION, DATE, DURATION

When ordering, you decide when and where the training should take place, at your office or at a location of your choice organised by you.

Training duration: 2 days

DOCUMENTS

You will receive the SAFe training content in English. The training is conducted in German. Afterwards, participants will also receive a photo protocol of the course (charts, additional information, exercises, etc.).
