In this two-day training course, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how an Agile Release Train (ART) works, how you and your team can contribute to a system/solution as part of an ART and how you can effectively fulfil your role in the team along the Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming (XP) frameworks as effectively as possible. The course is particularly suitable for teams that are preparing for a Programme Increment (PI) Planning ceremony and will be working as part of an ART in the future. CERTIFICATION

The participants are prepared for the Certification SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP) certification exam. The certification fees (licences) per participant can be obtained separately from us.

LOCATION, DATE, DURATION

When ordering, you decide when and where the training should take place, at your office or at a location of your choice organised by you.

Training duration: 2 days

DOCUMENTS

You will receive the SAFe training content in English. The training is conducted in German. Afterwards, participants will also receive a photo protocol of the course (charts, additional information, exercises, etc.).
